REFUND POLICY

At Jack Pot®, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards for innerwear products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process under which refunds are issued.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • A valid return request has been raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video is provided clearly showing the package opening and product condition

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact

  • The return request has been approved by our team

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection at our warehouse.

2. Refund Process

  1. Customer raises a return request within the allowed timeframe

  2. Our team verifies the request along with the unboxing video and details provided

  3. If approved, a return pickup is arranged

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, refund is initiated

3. Refund Modes

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI
    Customer must provide valid bank account or UPI details

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refund is initiated within 2–4 business days after successful return verification

  • It may take an additional 2–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Deductions (If Applicable)

The following deductions may apply where relevant:

  • Reverse shipping charges (in certain cases)

  • COD handling charges (non-refundable)

  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable)

Any applicable deductions will be communicated during the refund approval process.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

  • Return request raised after 24 hours of delivery

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Product found used, washed, worn, or damaged by customer

  • Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Return rejected after quality check

  • Order refused at the time of delivery without valid reason

7. Hygiene Disclaimer

Due to the nature of innerwear products, refunds are strictly governed by hygiene policies. Products that show any signs of use or tampering will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances.

8. Cancellation Refunds

  • If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed

  • If cancelled after shipment, refund will be processed only after the product is returned and verified

9. Failed or Duplicate Payments

  • In case of failed transactions where amount is deducted but order is not placed, refund will be automatically processed by the payment gateway within 3–7 working days

  • For duplicate payments, excess amount will be refunded after verification
