SHIPPING POLICY

At Jack Pot®, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing timelines, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and other important details related to your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed after working hours, on Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods such as sales, festive seasons, or promotional campaigns, order processing time may extend up to 2–4 business days.

2. Shipping Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier service availability:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 5 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3 to 7 business days

  • Remote & Rural Areas (ODA Locations): 5 to 12 business days

These timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or operational challenges.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping or charges as displayed at checkout

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD charges may apply based on location and courier partner

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at the time of checkout before placing the order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Tracking details may take 12–24 hours to update on the courier partner’s website.

Customers are advised to track their orders regularly for updates.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times at your provided address.

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD services for future orders.

6. Address & Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including:

  • Full Name

  • Valid Mobile Number

  • Complete Address with Landmark

  • Correct Pincode

Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to delivery delays or order cancellation.

7. Unserviceable Locations

Some pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. In such cases:

  • You may be asked to provide an alternate address, or

  • Switch to prepaid payment if COD is unavailable

If no solution is possible, the order will be cancelled and refunded (if prepaid).

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural calamities

  • Courier service disruptions

  • High order volume during festivals or sales

  • Remote location or restricted areas

Jack Pot is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, we strongly advise you to:

  • Do not accept the package

  • Inform the delivery partner to mark it as “Return to Sender”

If such packages are accepted without proper proof, return or refund requests may not be processed.
